Bug reports

We would appreciate any reports from users that will help us to improve the application. Please be descriptive when leaving a report. Try to explain what you are doing when the issue occurs, or what happens after the issue.

Many users try the following first:

1. Always restart your iPhone or iPod after downloading updates.
2. If a persistent issue occurs, try deleting the app in question and download it again. [Apps you have bought should not charge you again, unless a major upgrade is part of the product path.]
